Marcus Norton, a seasoned executive and business strategy leader, currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Transformers Institute, where he is steering the organization towards new heights of success and innovation. As the Chief Operating Officer at Transformers Institute, Marcus continues to channel his wealth of experience and passion into transforming industries and making a lasting impact on the lives of those he serves.
In his previous role, Marcus served as Partner and Chief Operating Officer with Mobility Support Solutions, LLC., operators of the largest Mobility Roadside Assistance program service provider in North America. His expertise in executive leadership roles within the Corporate Insurance and Financial Services sector, particularly as the Vice President at AON/Allied North America, equipped him with the skills to navigate complex negotiations, create risk mitigation strategies, and contribute to large-scale projects.
As the CEO of APEX Incorporated (APEX Holdings, LLC.), Marcus has pioneered groundbreaking investment and dealer programs, including the development of the first specialty lending facility for Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAV); Liberty Finance Partners. His entrepreneurial spirit also led to the establishment of NEMT startup/sub-prime lending solutions for Veterans across the US. Before founding APEX and Liberty Finance Partners, Marcus accumulated valuable experience in various executive leadership roles within the Fin Tech, Business Consulting, Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle and Traditional Automotive Dealer industries.
Beyond the boardroom, Marcus finds joy in family moments, cherishing time spent with his wife Kasey and their three children, Avery, Asa, and Axton. His passion for family, faith, and outdoor activities is complemented by a love for culinary adventures, especially as a self-proclaimed foodie.
