He has extensive expertise in sales, operations management, business planning, and government procurement. Dominic holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is dedicated to driving growth and innovation while fostering strong relationships with clients across the industry.

Kieran O'Brien is the 25-year-old founder of Shopgenie, an all-in-one auto repair marketing platform. He is also the owner of the "Auto Shop Owners Hangout" Facebook group, the largest online community of auto repair shop owners. Kieran is an industry leader and expert on automotive marketing and customer retention. Kieran started working with auto repair shops at the young age of 16 years old in his hometown of Chantilly, Virginia.

Kevin is the owner of Bassett & Associates, PA, a full service CPA firm that focuses on business owners with profits in excess of 1 m whose goals include building generational wealth. The mission of Bassett & Associates, PA is to empower entrepreneurs to maximize cashflow and build wealth through innovative financial and tax planning strategies.

Through his firms Virtual CFO process, Kevin guides his clients with business planning, cash flow, profitability analysis, tax planning and tax return preparation. Kevin is the creator of the Tax Minimization Process™, The Virtual CFO Advantage™ and the author of a tax strategies course. He speaks at business and real estate events across the United States. He resides with his wife and three children in North Carolina.

Doug started his career with Mobil Oil in 1987, holding positions from marketing to running local shops and eventually working for the corporate office. 

In 1999, Doug co-founded Convenience Retailing and over time expanded throughout Maryland. In 2010, Doug and his business partner started their automotive brand, AutoStream Car Care, with the goal of opening stand-alone automotive service centers. They celebrated their 24th anniversary this year and now operate nine locations and 65 bays.

When he’s not working, Doug enjoys playing tennis and golf, spending time with his wife Wendy, and their adult children and grandchildren.

Brian Sump is not your typical shop owner. A former professional athlete, Brian had never turned a wrench in a shop before starting Denver-based Avalon Motorsports, a German import automotive specialty shop, in 2007. In 2014, Avalon Motorsports acquired a general repair shop and rebranded the business as Urban Autocare.

In 2020 Brian was honored as the AAPEX National Independent Shop Owner of the Year.

Brian is now a multi-location shop owner, a founding board member of the Transformers Institute and a sought-after speaker on business and entrepreneurship.
