Jen Davis
Transformers Institute Sales & Training Specialist

Jen Monclus-Davis, leverages over 8 years of experience in the automotive industry. She began her career with a notable tenure at Elite Worldwide, where she garnered recognition as Ratchet Wrench’s All Star Service Advisor Trainer. With polished presentation skills and a collaborative spirit, Jen brings over 17 years of progressive sales experience to her role. She excels in managing multiple platforms, delivering top-notch training, and devising effective sales and prospecting strategies. Passionate about making a positive impact and helping others succeed, Jen's enthusiasm extends beyond the workplace. When not at the office, you'll find her in her backyard oasis, chasing a toddler, and indulging her green thumb as she channels her inner Martha Stewart in the garden. Jen finds joy outdoors with her family, soaking up San Diego's sunshine through various outdoor activities.  

Bill Adams

Bill Adams is a milti-shop owner of the award winning Adams Autoworx in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he has had a rich 40 years of experience in the automotive service industry. He started off pumping gas and changing oil at the family gas station in the 1970’s ( a long time ago and far far away). After spending a few years as a technician, Bill’s career took him around the country from a service advisor, through store and district level management, and onto training and development for nationally known automotive companies. Bill returned to the independent automotive industry in 2002 when he purchased the family business that his father “Bud Adams” started in 1965, coincidentally, the year Bill was born.

Greg Bunch called in 2017 with an offer to join a new type of ownership group, “Transformers Mastermind”. The rest as they say is history. Bill has been part of the Platinum 1 group since its inception, and has all of his senior leaders in other Mastermind groups. When Greg called again in 2024 to offer an opportunity to join TI as a Coach and Trainer, there was only one answer, Yes!

Bill attended San Jose State University, where he majored in business management and economics alongside speech, debate and theater. He has advanced certifications in Training and Curriculum development along with being ASE Certified.  Bill’s outside interests include his family, church, local community, and enjoying the outdoors of California.
