Transformers Institute offers a blending of consulting and coaching into our program. We find that every business we work with has strengths, weaknesses, AND opportunities. Traditional consulting is project-based for a particular issue, where coaching is a blend of education, support, and accountability.
Transformers Institute takes a holistic approach to helping our clients build the business of their dreams. We start with a current evaluation of the business and work with the owner to find out their desired results. Then we’ll prioritize our monthly modules to best suit the needs of the business. The average client consulting/coaching engagement is 18 months, with subsequent engagements for acquisition consulting and mastermind membership.
