COO Mastermind Benefits:

COO Memberships are for Chief Operating Officers of successful automotive repair businesses. You define the shop's daily operations and keep them running smoothly. You provide the crucial structure that the company runs on every day, and your decisions impact the company's future.

You will find other COOs dedicated to excellence and improving the Auto Repair industry in this group. The Mastermind Group will let you collaborate on problems, share experiences, and discover new advantages in every meeting. Our members thrive with the lessons found in every group.

You can expect the following:

• There is a maximum group size of 18. Everyone will be at the COO level and focused on maximizing company performance and growing their company, team, and number of clients.
• We meet in person 4 times a year (every quarter) in Colorado Springs, CO. This way, we get to know everyone personally and can entirely focus on the tasks at hand - improvement and growth. Meetings are two full days at the Transformers HQ or a suitable hotel venue. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and drinks are provided on the first day, and breakfast, lunch, and snacks are provided on the second day. Full-day participation is required on both days. Additional attendees are $250 per meeting.
• Monthly Virtual Sessions (Eight (8) sessions/year stay on pace with your monthly Mastermind group,
  Stay connected and on track with monthly 90-minute Zoom calls that provide ongoing support and strategic insights. These sessions help maintain momentum and provide ongoing support. ($497/Session, $3,976/year Value)

  A dynamic Slack community for real-time collaboration, resource sharing, and connection with members. Access training materials, meeting recordings, and the latest tools all in one place. ($497/month, $5,964/year Value)
