Key Leader Benefits:
Key Leader Memberships are for leaders and managers who run successful automotive repair businesses. Your owner trusts you to follow the company vision and define day-to-day operations. You are a master of your craft, and the shop is better every day because of you.
We will work with you and other excellent business candidates selected for your Key Leader to bring your business to the next level. Using experience, research, and collaboration, our members thrive with the lessons found in every group.
You can expect the following:
- Maximum group size of 18. This way, everyone can present, ask questions, and discover new techniques and information.
- We meet in person four (4x) times a year (every quarter) in Colorado Springs, CO. This way, we get to know everyone personally and can completely focus on the tasks at hand - improvement and growth.
- Meetings are two (2) full days at the Transformers Head Quarters or a suitable hotel venue. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and drinks are provided on the first day, and breakfast, lunch, and snacks are provided on the second day. Full-day participation is required on both days. Additional attendees are $250 per meeting.
- We meet in person four (4x) times a year (every quarter) in Colorado Springs, CO. This way, we get to know everyone personally and can completely focus on the tasks at hand - improvement and growth.
- Eight (8) Monthly Virtual Mastermind Sessions :
Stay connected and on track with monthly 90-minute Zoom calls that provide ongoing support and strategic insights. These sessions help maintain momentum and provide ongoing support. (Held months there is not a live meeting)

- Priority Space in all of our training classes and you will be notified immediately of new training as it comes available.
- Ongoing training shared between all members of the Key Leader group.

Pricing Structure
Attend first meeting-
- $597 Monthly
If the group decides applicant is a good fit and applicant wants to stay in the group, the above amount is charged monthly for the remaining 11 months, or beyond if continued membership is desired. A 12-month commitment must be made to access all benefits listed above.
