Hannah has served in various roles in the automotive industry from luxury auto sales, to marketing for a Houston franchise, to owning and operating Kennedy Auto Solutions with her husband Kurt. Hannah manages the business operations while simultaneously serving as the service advisor. With a Bachelor of Science in Education degree from Baylor University, Hannah is excited to use her teaching skills in the workplace to contribute to improving the customer experience in the automotive repair industry. Hannah excelled in the Transformer’s Institute Service Advisor’s course graduating at the top of her class and awarded with the Professional Communicator Award. She now coaches in the advanced service advisor training program.
Hannah Kennedy is Co-Owner of Kennedy Auto Solutions located on the north side of Houston, Texas. While finishing her Bachelor of Science in Education degree at Baylor University, Hannah began her sales career with Dell Computers, then moved into banking. She worked for global and community banks in various roles during the next seven years where she learned about business ownership and high-end customer service.
Hannah started in the automotive industry working for Sewell Automotive based out of the Audi North Houston dealership. She sold luxury vehicles and won the John Sewell Award for Customer Service. Hannah also completed the 9-week Dale Carnegie Skills for Life program where her peers chose her for a public speaking award. After leaving Sewell, Hannah joined an up-and-coming automotive service franchise and developed and implemented the marketing and community outreach programs. Eventually, she joined her husband Kurt, an ASE L1 Master Mechanic and Hybrid specialist, in opening their very own, 5-Star Google rated, mechanic shop. Hannah’s 20+ years of customer service experience came in handy in building a stellar business reputation.
Hannah and Kurt joined Transformer’s Institute for coaching from Greg Bunch, Jason Servidio, and Dan Taylor. Hannah has completed Jason’s Service Advisor Training Course twice and graduated the Transformers Institute advanced service advisor training program with the Professional Communicator Award. She has now joined Transformer’s Institute as a Coach in the Service Advisor Training and Advanced Training Courses.
